Description:

The position requires an experienced Emergency Department nurse.

The candidate should enjoy caring for both adults and children.

The nurse must be able to quickly integrate into a team.

Managing change well is essential, especially during high-census periods.

A positive attitude is important to support patient care and department flow.

The role is night shifts with 3 shifts per week.

Weekend coverage is required based on unit needs.

The nurse will be responsible for rapid triage and patient assessment.

Emergency stabilization and resuscitation of critically ill adult and pediatric patients is expected.

Cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation will be part of the role.

IV access and medication administration are necessary skills.

Strong communication and teamwork skills are critical for this position.

Flexibility to support both Emergency Department and Pediatric Observation patient care needs is required.

The nurse must demonstrate excellent time management and prioritization in a high-volume environment.
