• Provide correct portions and prevent shrink.

• Check product quality and review sell‑by dates.
• Use kitchen equipment and espresso machine, blender, scale, steamer.
• Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise.
• Report ordering/shipping discrepancies to manager.
• Stay current with seasonal and special ads.
• Reinforce safety programs and identify unsafe conditions.
• Practice preventive maintenance and report needed repairs.
• Notify management of any customer or employee accidents and safety risks.
• Work cooperatively in a high‑paced environment.
• Manage conflict calmly and cooperatively.
• Act with honesty and integrity.
• Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
• Provide support through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, or older adults.
