At GNC, a Sales Associate is passionate about discovering customers' needs and goals and creating a unique shopping experience. Sales Associates embody GNC's "Live Well" philosophy of living strong, living long, and living fit.

• Greet and welcome every customer that visits GNC and create a welcoming environment.
• Interact genuinely with customers to help them choose the right products and provide recommendations based on product knowledge.
• Drive for results to achieve and exceed store and personal sales and productivity goals.
• Fulfill online orders timely and accurately in compliance with company guidelines.
• Boost product knowledge by learning features, advantages, benefits, and staying on top of nutritional, wellness, and fitness news.
• Support store management in opening, closing, and operating the retail store, including cash handling, inventory count and deposits, and maintaining store appearance.

• Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
• Frequent reaching and bending and twisting – below waist and above shoulders.
• Frequent repetitive hand‑to‑finger motions and reach with hands and arms.
• Frequent lifting up to twenty pounds, occasionally up to forty pounds; push/pull up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders, reach, and bend.
• Work in temperatures ranging from 50–85°F, especially in stock room areas.
• Use of a computer up to 60% of the time throughout the day.
• Work nights or mornings to open or close the store; work key peak business days/hours including weekends and major U.S. holidays that the store is open.

Sales Associates are required to be at least 18 years of age.

Compensation benefits are based on skills and experience.
