General Position Summary
  • Produce sales gains by providing customer service.
  • Meet or exceed Company Objectives in all individual statistics.

  • Adhere to current visual guidelines, including proper merchandising, signage and store cleanliness.
  • Maintain a professional appearance consistent with Company Dress Code Policy.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Generate Sales

  • Produce sales gains by providing customer service.
  • Meet or exceed Company Objectives in all individual statistics.
  • Document appraisal of associate sales performance and give feedback on strengths and opportunities aligned with Company Objectives.
  • Adhere to current visual guidelines, including proper merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
  • Maintain a professional appearance consistent with Dress Code Policy.

Control Expenses

  • Protect Company assets within LIDS Retail policy guidelines.
  • Assist in preparing store schedules that provide proper coverage within wage control guidelines.
  • Follow all policies for accurate inventory management—including receiving, transferring, price changes and product counts.
  • Open and close the store following the Operations P&P Manual procedures.
  • 鹅 Support and adhere to all LIDS policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Additional Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise Associates

  • Participate in LIDS Training Programs and achieve set sales and task goals with regular follow‑ups.
  • 人 assist in recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
  • Encourage store associates to comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including safekeeping of inventory, funds and property.
  • Perform work of subordinates as लड़ आवश्यक हो।
  • Communicate with employees at all company levels.
  • Accept other duties as assigned.
Job Required Knowledge & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of related experience.
  • Ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.

  • Proficiency operating a computer and relevant software.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Capability to climb a ladder and work overhead.

Preferred Job Required Knowledge & Skills

Assistant Store Managers can earn up to 25% above local minimum wage based on experience. Exact compensation may vary by skills, experience, and location. Assistant Store Mangers PT are also available for monthly store sales bonuses and a 40% employee discount.
