Sales Consultant

Drive N-Motion LTD is seeking a full-time Sales Consultant to join our team in Greeley, CO.

Salary: Competitive base salary ranging from $55,000 to $110,000 per year.

Schedule: Monday through Saturday, with a day off during the week and Sunday.

• Engage with prospective customers to determine their vehicle needs and provide tailored vehicle and finance options.
• Prepare and present accurate quotes and financing proposals for pre‑owned vehicles.
• Follow up with prospective customers via email, voicemail, text, and call to keep the sales cycle moving.
• Assist online shoppers by setting and confirming appointments.
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm satisfaction and generate referral leads.

• Prior experience working with customers and providing exceptional customer service.
• Sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, or retail sales is a plus.
• Steady work history and commitment to starting a new career.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to develop relationships easily (people person).
• Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency.
• Excellent verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through.
• Saturdays and some evening hours.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Willing to submit to a pre‑employment background check and DMV screen.
• 1 year’s worth of new or used car sales experience strongly preferred.
