We are hiring for an Outside Sales Account Manager in Greeley, CO.

Key Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay:
    Base Pay $70K plus commission
  • Monthly Auto Allowance
  • Travel within assigned territory, minimal overnights
Job Responsibilities

The Outside Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing the sales process and driving profitable sales growth within an assigned sales territory to both existing and new Airgas customers. They must meet and exceed corporate and regional objectives for profitable sales growth, A/R management, and customer retention within their territory.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven success using a consultative sales approach, providing multiple layers of value to customers to establish a mix of sales solutions and products.
  • Proven success using deep knowledge of customer business, current macro/microeconomic trends, industry trends, and potential new business opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational, written, oral communication, and presentation skills utilizing current technology.
  • Self‑starter; self‑motivated, operates with urgency, and can work and succeed independently.
  • Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and minimum liability insurance as required by state vehicle registration.
  • Minimum of 3 years of outside B2B sales experience, including proven solution‑selling success and a history of managing customers across a defined territory.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with industrial and specialty gases, industrial gas/welding supply sales.
  • B2B sales in an industrial environment is strongly preferred.
Pay Range

Pay range: $65-75K base plus 7/30 commission split. DOE. Target pay with commission $93, annually (no cap). $600 monthly auto allowance.
