Rocky Mountain Protective Service Inc. is hiring dependable and professional Armed Security Officers in Greeley, Colorado.
We are looking for individuals who can maintain a professional security presence, communicate effectively with the public, and respond appropriately to security and safety concerns.
ScheduleFull-time and part-time opportunities available.
Daytime and evening shifts.
Weekday and weekend availability may be required.
Assigned schedules may vary by work location.
Maintain a professional and visible armed security presence.
Monitor entrances, exits, and assigned areas.
Conduct routine security patrols and security checks.
Assist with access control when required.
Observe and report suspicious activity or safety concerns.
Respond appropriately to disturbances, emergencies, and security incidents.
Use professional communication and de-escalation techniques.
Complete daily activity and incident reports.
Communicate with supervisors and emergency personnel when necessary.
Follow company policies, post orders, and site procedures.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Colorado driver's license.
Ability to pass required background screening.
At least 1 year of armed security experience preferred.
Current firearms training/qualification.
OC spray training/certification or ability to obtain it.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds.
