Rocky Mountain Protective Service Inc. is seeking an experienced and dependable Armed Security Supervisor in Greeley, Colorado.
The ideal candidate will have armed security experience, strong leadership skills, sound judgment, and the ability to supervise security personnel while maintaining professional and reliable security operations.
ScheduleFull-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
Monday through Friday.
Day shift with early-morning availability required.
Supervise and support assigned armed security officers.
Coordinate daily staffing and security coverage.
Monitor officer attendance, performance, appearance, and professionalism.
Conduct routine site and post inspections.
Ensure officers follow company policies, post orders, and site procedures.
Assist with call-offs and staffing coverage.
Review daily activity and incident reports.
Respond to and coordinate security incidents when necessary.
Communicate operational concerns to management.
Assist with officer training and orientation.
Maintain professional communication with employees, visitors, and management.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Colorado driver's license.
Armed security experience required.
Previous security supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Current firearms training/qualification.
OC spray training/certification or ability to obtain it.
Ability to pass required background screening.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good report-writing and documentation skills.
Ability to remain professional during emergencies and challenging situations.
