LPR Apprentice Program
After 6 months of employment, all helpers are eligible for LPR's Apprentice Program. This program offers paid‑for training that follows NCCER curriculum and is DOL certified. All Apprentices receive frequent pay raises and promotions as they progress through the program.

- 40-hour bonus payout and paid holidays after 1 year
- 80-hour bonus payout after 2 years
- 120-hour bonus payout after 5 years
With projects throughout the US, we have a fully loaded backlog of work that can provide you continued employment. From Medical buildings, Scheel stores, Universal Studio addition, Fitness centers, and Netflix studios, among other projects.

Under supervision, the ironworker helper is responsible for completing tasks related to structural iron and steel erection and completing the tasks in a timely, quality manner while maintaining safety and productivity.
