In this role, you’ll install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing, and electrical systems while following all regulatory and company safety standards. You’ll be a key contributor to keeping our facility running efficiently and safely, supporting both the operations and leadership teams.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Perform inspections, calibrations, preventative maintenance, and repairs on mechanical and electrical assets that impact facility operations, structures, and grounds
* Inspect and perform basic repairs on ammonia refrigeration systems
* Conduct preventative maintenance on material handling equipment according to manufacturer and company guidelines
* Maintain clear reporting of inspections, maintenance procedures, and equipment status, communicating updates to leadership daily
* Operate power tools, cutting torches, welding equipment, and motorized lifts as needed
* Perform other tasks as assigned, stepping up to support the team wherever needed
** Who We’re Looking For:
*** Positive, proactive, and motivated—someone who takes ownership of their work and demonstrates leadership on the floor
* Mechanically and electrically inclined with at least 2 year's of experience or a combination of experience and trade school in building maintenance, material handling equipment, or refrigeration (ammonia,)
* Capable of completing preventative maintenance with minimal supervision
* Proficient with hand and power tools and comfortable learning new equipment
* Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of the organization
* Comfortable working in extreme temperatures (-20°F to 100°F /
-25°C to 37°C) with proper personal protective equipment
* Able to lift at least 50 lbs. and handle physically demanding tasks
* Flexible schedule, including weekends if needed
* Comfortable working in varying noise levels and at heights, as required
* Ammonia Certifications (CIRO, Operator I) strongly preferred

Pay Range:$21.15 - $36.25
