Tra Mar Mechanical, a Crete United Company, is a mechanical solutions service provider in the Northern Colorado Market. We offer service, maintenance, retrofits, tenant finish, new construction, and sustainable energy products to building owners, managers, and agents across commercial, healthcare, institutional, and municipal sectors. The Sr. HVAC Service Technician will complete HVAC preventive maintenance and repairs independently, troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing commercial HVAC and related equipment from customer premises to meet contractual requirements efficiently and cost‑effectively.

• 5‑10 years of experience in commercial HVAC service
• Ability to train and develop junior technicians
• Experience with commercial, multi‑family, and residential service calls and projects
• Basic understanding of rooftop units, split systems, and ductless systems, BAS controls, cooling towers, and chillers
• Can perform preventive maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of these systems
• Build and maintain client relationships to provide exceptional service
• Communicate service findings to customers and managers

• Consistently check system operations, safety, and limit controls before leaving job sites
• Ensure customers’ questions or concerns are addressed before leaving the work site
• Use proper tools and instruments while troubleshooting
• Assist other service representatives in resolving issues and customer problems with solution techniques
• Schedules arrival and departure with customers
• Tactfully suggest system improvements when deficiencies stem from customer practices
• Prioritize work based on call schedule, accommodate interruptions, and maintain vehicle maintenance
• Accurately complete all required paperwork
• Inform supervisor and manager of new developments, changes, or customer complaints
