HVAC Service Technician – Northern Colorado / Southern Wyoming You can live anywhere in the territory or relocation assistance is available.

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and controls issues; recommend and carry out repairs
• Service and repair RTUs, chillers, boilers, VAV systems, and related components
• Document findings, parts used, and labor in mobile work-order software
• Communicate professionally with facility stakeholders to explain work performed and next steps
• Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience (union journeyman card or equivalent strongly preferred)
• Solid troubleshooting skills on chillers, boilers, pumps, VFDs, and building automation systems
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification; valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to read electrical schematics, sequence–of–operations, and blueprints
• Strong customer-service mindset and clear written/verbal communication

Salary: $37 - $55 per hour
