Job Description

• Operation of all equipment; stock and rotate ingredients from delivery to storage/walk‑in cooler; prepare products; receive and process telephone and internet orders; count inventory and complete paperwork; clean equipment and facility.
• Physical demands: stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders/stairs, stoop/bend, crouch/squat, reach, grasp with hands to use machines, tools and equipment, tolerate exposure to varying temperatures and conditions inside and outside.
• On the job training: customer service orientation, interactive computer program, hands‑on practice.
• Customer service skills: comprehend and communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person.
• Delivery skills: safely drive own vehicle, navigate roads and maps, handle adverse terrain and stairs of delivery sites while carrying products.
• Essential skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately to make correct monetary change (calculator may be used).
