• Greeting customers and ensuring they have a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections to ensure tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items are done
• Helping make sure our facilities are clean and safe environments for our customers and associates
• Building your skills through training and hands‑on coaching to perform minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires, and performing preventive maintenance repairs
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor

• High school diploma or equivalent, or prior work experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• The ability and willingness to work outside
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to understand and comply with specific instructions, guidelines, rules, regulations, or other information established by Penske management
• Compliance with DOT, OSHA, and all Penske safety and maintenance policies
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential
• Requirement to maintain a current driver qualification file per DOT regulations, including annual MVR check, DOT physical, Safety Performance History records, etc.
• Willingness to work the required schedule, location, complete Penske application, background screening, drug screen, physical, and potential travel within a near geography for training

• Move frequently, stand, walk, climb, bend, and sit for extended periods; use hands regularly to grasp, reach, touch, handle, feel, and operate tools or controls
• Work safely at heights using ladders and elevated platforms; work safely in all weather conditions
• See and hear to navigate the environment amid large trucks
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs (23 kg); occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs (45 kg); push/pull heavy truck tires exceeding 100 lbs

Pay: $22.00/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
