Payroll Clerk

Our client is an organization in the Green Bay area looking for a Payroll Clerk
. This client is seeking someone with 2+ years of payroll experience, deep financial knowledge, and a self-starter. This company offers amazing benefits!

The salary range for this position is $60k-70k.

• Process multi-state payroll weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly cycles.
• Calculate wages, overtime, deductions, garnishments and 401k contributions.
• Maintain confidential payroll records.
• Administer 401k enrollment, loans, contributions and compliance testing.
• Take on ad-hoc payroll projects.
• Additional general duties and special projects as requested/assigned.

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 2+ years of payroll experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Quick Books payroll, ADP, Paycheck or Acumatica.
• CPP or FPC certification.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
