Accounting Services Manager

• Review work papers, reconcile accounts, and compile financial statements for clients
• Manage payroll and payroll tax forms such as 1099s and sales tax filings
• Oversee payroll and sales tax audits and respond to related tax notices
• Provide timely and accurate accounting assistance per client requests
• Assist with individual and business preparation services
• Promote staff development through mentoring, training, retention, and team‑building activities
• Prepare proposals for requests for services
• Perform billing tasks
• Participate in community and marketing activities to develop positive relationships with community leaders and members
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned

• Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Six or more years of similar experience
• Supervisory experience
• Knowledge of GAAP
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and accounting software packages (Quick Books Desktop and Online)
