New Assistant Controller. SUMMARY Responsible For Leading The organization's general accounting and financial reporting functions, including financial statement preparation, account review, internal controls, audit support, and team leadership, while ensuring compliance

Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for all entities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting for

Internal And External Reporting Requirements. Manage The Intercompany accounting processes with affiliated companies. Responsible for complete review of balance sheet and income statement accounts for accuracy and reasonableness. Research, interpret, and implement accounting policies and ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting standards. Lead the audit process by delegating duties, reviewing, preparing documents and working with auditors. Monitor compliance with accounting policies and internal controls and recommend improvements to strengthen financial processes and mitigate risk.
