Responsible for actively promoting and selling North Shore Bank products and services, building account relationships and performing teller duties. Performs sales support activities for the sales area of the branch. On average, a minimum of 50% of activities will be devoted to sales and sales support. Perform office and administrative duties as assigned to support operational needs. Some associate bankers are assigned as area associate bankers;

staff in these roles are assigned a number of branch locations to support.

• Opens new accounts and performs deposit account maintenance; responds to customers in a prompt and courteous manner; ensures required forms are completed accurately and that the customer fully understands the terms and conditions of the accounts; ensures the customer receives the proper disclosures.
• Has an appropriate blend of teller referrals and production as required at branch level to achieve referral and point goals.
