• Review and interpret detailed blueprints and project specifications.
• Create accurate project estimates using internal pricing tools and vendor quotes.
• Communicate with sales teams, project managers, and vendors to clarify details and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation within our systems.
• Manage deadlines efficiently while staying proactive and organized.
• Develop product knowledge across top wood door manufacturers and stay up-to-date with industry standards and trends.
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-first culture.

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) preferred, or 1–2 years of related experience/training — or a blend of education and hands‑on experience. Military experience is considered as a substitute for relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written.
