• Rotate through departments to immerse in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Participate in professional development programs, including Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.

• Must meet all Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs: active driver’s license, minimum 21 years of age, DOT medical certification, and documentation of previous employment.

• Co‑op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative roles.
• Major in business or related academic field.
• Leadership or management role on campus or extracurricular activities.
• Willingness to relocate regionally during or after the program.
