Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

As a Record Center Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and safeguarding records. Responsibilities include purging, inventory control, receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely delivery of records to authorized personnel. You’ll ensure accurate documentation, maintain warehouse organization, and assist with vehicle upkeep. This position will be trained to support multiple functions and assist wherever needed based on daily operational needs.

Occasional travel may be required to support projects at other locations.

• Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following OSHA regulations and all Federal, State, and Local laws.
• Prepare the warehouse for secure record storage.
• Perform timely maintenance and cleanliness of company vehicles assigned to the Processing Center, if applicable.
• Accurately enter data into systems and verify information for completeness and accuracy.
• Prep, scan, and index records as directed.
• Check records in and out of boxes using various systems.
• Frequently lift, stack, and shelve boxes weighing approximately 35 lbs while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, scissor lifts, or forklifts.
• Complete cleaning duties and maintenance, as needed.
• Travel to different sites for project work, as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of related experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and stacking boxes.
• Must pass pre-employment screening per client and company guidelines.

• Position is performed in a warehouse setting.
• Long periods of sitting or standing may be required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Occasional visits to client locations for projects and chart retrievals may be required.
• Flexibility to assist with last-minute projects or emergency situations.
