Inventory Control Analyst – Bay Insulation Systems

The Inventory Control Analyst will work independently and as part of a team to support purchasing and production efforts across multiple divisions. The role focuses on optimizing inventory turns, improving inventory accuracy, and reducing aged or obsolete inventory.

• Approve purchase orders
• Create part numbers, routes, and bills of material in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Manage item master and bill of material tables
• Plan, coordinate, and analyze physical inventories
• Prepare monthly reports
• Maintain vendor pricing records
• Utilize and train on material requirements planning and production concepts
• Develop and maintain product configurator software
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (preferred)
• Advanced Excel experience
• ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Solid problem‑solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines
