Project Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator to join our expanding team!

This position will support project managers by acting as a liaison between the company and various project developers. You will collect, organize, and distribute design review packages, document submittals, and requests for information. Duties also include maintaining various project tracker spreadsheets to ensure all comments are addressed and closed out prior to commissioning.

Good working knowledge of both Excel and Outlook are necessary to succeed.

The Project Coordinator continuously supports multiple projects. Each project will have its own spreadsheet where information is tracked such as submittals, due dates, cost info, and engaged subcontractors. You will be responsible for logging all comments made by vendors/subcontractors and then sending them to the appropriate person, and then recording responses as well.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in project work and have a strong attention to detail.
