Project Lead / Superintendent – Oversight of day‑to‑day operations on concrete projects. The role involves field leadership, ensuring each job is completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality.

• Develop and supervise project plans.
• Identify obstacles and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare the team to execute using defined planning processes.
• Ensure the team has staged equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output.
• Utilize and track timesheets, delivery tickets, and sign‑in/out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met.
• Communicate project status timely and accurately to all parties.
• Complete any additional duties as assigned.

• Proven experience required.
• 3–5 years of experience in concrete project execution or a similar role.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Experience working on large‑scale projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering strongly preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
