Asa Quality Control Manager ,youwillmanageprojectqualityrequirementsincivilandstructuralconstruction.

Responsibilitiesincludedailyqualitycontrolreporting,subcontractor management,submittalmanagement,conductingqualityphasemeetingsandfrequentfieldqualitycontrolinspectionsaimedatpreventingcontractnon-conformance.

Youwillberesponsibleforknowingthescheduleandestimatestrategy,alongwithensuringthequalitymanagementsystemsareproperlyintegratedtoprovidethemostefficientandgoal-orientedprogrampossible.

• You will build and maintain professional relationships with clients This also includes coordination with Project Managers and superintendents to ensure timely submission of daily reports.
• You create clear and concise reports/documents on project Quality performance measurables, including rework costs, submittal management, non-conformance reports, etc. You use this data to drive continuous improvement and enhance efficiency with procedures and systems. You study all aspects of the contract, specifications, addendum, pre-bid information, and plans.
• Youmaintainthe Project Defects Reportandtimelygenerateaccuratereportsonactionsandtrends .
• YouconductandaccuratelydocumentQCMledprojectmeetings,timely record,andissueanddistributethemeetingminutes.
• Youcoordinatetheinspectionsandtestingofprojectrequirementsfromthespecificationsandproject Testing and Inspection Log .Thisincludesensuringtheavailabilityofadequatetestingpersonnel,equipmentandlaboratorycompliance.
• You ensure activities and actions are conducted in a timely manner to ensure an effective project startup in addition to reviewing specifications to know the client requirements for deliverables.
• Youreviewthespecificationsandknowtheclientexpectationsfordeliverables.
• Youensurecompliancethroughin-depthreviewsoftheprojectdocuments.
• Youreviewtestmethodsandprocedureswithin-housetechniciansandsubcontractorlabsasneeded.
  
  Youdiscusstherequirementswiththe Superintendenttoensurealltestingisperformedaccordingtotheproperprocedures,andallthedataisproperlycollected.
• You initiate,communicate,andtracknon-conformancecorrectiveactions.
  
  Discussesresolutionideaswiththeprojectteamandproperlydispositions.
• You comply with safety procedures/policies and addresses and/or elevate non-compliance among all employees, subcontractors, and vendors.

Whatittakes?

• Bachelor’sdegreeinengineering,architectureorconstructionmanagement/sciencewithaminimumof2yearsconstructionexperienceonconstructionsimilartothisscopeofwork(preferred),oraminimumof5yearsconstructionexperienceonconstructionsimilartothisscopeofwork(preferred).
