We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time Teller I – Bilingual at our Main Street branch in Green Bay!

The Teller I – Bilingual creates a positive first impression and establishes strong member relationships, processes member transactions, and assists members with account maintenance and problem resolution.

The primary responsibilities of the Teller I – Bilingual role include but are not limited to:

• Promoting and upholding the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values
• Processing basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently, and assisting members with problem resolution
• Building member relationships by uncovering member needs, providing overall education, suggesting products and services, and directing members to other credit union representatives as appropriate

Candidates for the Teller I – Bilingualposition should possess:

• One to twelve months of similar or related experience is a plus
• Ability to speak and translate fluent English and Spanish is required for this position
• Previous cash handling or teller experience is preferred
• Knowledge of credit union products and services is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of computers and ten-key data entry skills required
