Hospitalist Physician

Location: Green Bay, WI
Compensation: $200 $ 250 per hour + Monthly Medical Director Stipend ($50K $80K per year)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Director to lead our hospitalist team in Green Bay, WI.

As Medical Director, you will oversee clinical operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and support the professional development of hospitalist providers.

• Lead and manage the hospitalist team, ensuring quality care and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with hospital administration and medical leadership on program goals.
• Provide direct patient care in a hospitalist capacity.
• Oversee quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

• MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to foster a collaborative team environment and drive clinical excellence.
