Prevea Health’s Physiatry team in Green Bay offers an excellent opportunity for both new and experienced physiatrists to thrive in a collaborative, outpatient-focused environment. Whether you’re looking to practice general PM&R with support for additional training, or you are fellowship-trained in interventional procedures, you'll join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care. This role features a balanced schedule of 4–5 clinic days per week, manageable inpatient calls, and opportunities to perform EMGs, joint and spine injections, and participate in medical education.

* Fellowship trained in cervical injections preferred but not required
* Join a comprehensive, progressive, and multidisciplinary spine team that evaluates and treats all levels of musculoskeletal pain
* Provide patient care 4-5 days/week in our outpatient clinic with 1:6 inpatient weekend call
* Electromyography and injection opportunities available
* Support from Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy/Licensed Athletic Trainers, Spine Surgeons, Neurosurgeons, Primary Care, etc.
* Practice where you have a voice and a place that provides work/life balance
* Work in partnership with a hospital system with specialized physician support
* After hours nurse triage to assist with patient calls
