Overview

This grant-funded, part-time role supports the Adult Education Navigator in the Career Pathways Bridge programs.
Department: Academic Excellence
Reports To: Adult Education and Student Success Supervisor
Travel: Day travel, no more than once per month
LOCATION: Green Bay
STANDARD
HOURS:
24 hours per week between Monday–Friday 8am–6pm. Schedule to be determined at the time of hire. Flexibility required to meet the needs of our students.
Minimum starting rate of pay: $22.70 per hour
This position is grant funded for 1 year with the possibility for renewal.
Position SummaryThis role supports the full-time Adult Education Navigator in recruiting, onboarding, and managing students in Career Pathways Bridge programs. The position collaborates with various college departments (Assessment, Student Finance, Admissions, Academic Coaching) to provide comprehensive support services. Key responsibilities include case management to ensure student persistence, retention, credential completion, and transition to further education when desired. Additional duties include assisting with marketing efforts and other Career Pathways Bridge program functions as needed.
EssentialFunctions
- Recruit students via mail, e-mail, phone, in-person appointments, and informational sessions; maintain a file of potential students.
- Review criteria, including assessment testing, to determine eligibility for CPB programming.
- Navigate students through enrollment processes including CPB admission paperwork, program entry requirements, and payment plans.
- Process student class enrollments and provide a summary of class schedules each term.
- Serve as liaison between students and ancillary departments (Assessment, Student Finance, Admissions, etc.).
- Collaborate with and support faculty to ensure student success.
- Provide case management to ensure persistence and completion of CPB programs, and/or transitions to post-secondary programming.
- Schedule and facilitate informational sessions on campus and off-campus for recruitment of new students.
- Assist with advertising CPB programs through radio, print, social media, and community outreach.
- Associate Degree in related field, required.
- Two years of recruitment, customer service, administrative support, or related experience, required.
- Bilingual – Oral & Written English and Spanish required.
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Workday experience preferred. - An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field, preferred.
