Plans, develops, coordinates, manages, and executes the recruitment and admissions process in alignment with the institution's strategic goals. Represents the institution to prospective students with a goal of attracting, admitting, and enrolling a talented, diverse student body. May supervise staff and/or lead a program area.

Job Responsibilities:

Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to effectively recruit students.

Recruit and counsel prospective students by providing timely and accurate information about degree options, admission procedures, general education requirements, supporting and major course requirements for available programs of study, and rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the institution.

Compensation:

Minimum compensation of $43,500.

This position is exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree by start date

Experience in admissions, customer service or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional experience in K-12 or post-secondary education

Proficiency in speaking and reading in a second language, preferably Spanish, Hmong, Somali or Oneida

Experience with software systems such as People Soft, Salesforce, Image Now that support Admissions processes

Conditions of Appointment:

Travel to WI High Schools, fairs and other institutions will be necessary with occasional evening, and weekend hours.

This position may have the option to work on-campus or a hybrid schedule, subject to approved telecommuting request.

The home campus of this position is Green Bay and the successful candidate may occasionally be required to travel to or work at the Marinette, Sheboygan or Manitowoc Campus, based on operational needs.

Position is a full-time Academic Staff appointment. A pre-employment education check which includes, but is not limited to, the verification of academic credentials will be conducted on the finalist(s). A criminal conviction investigation will be conducted on the finalist(s) and if there is prior work history within the last 7 years with Universities of Wisconsin, a personnel file review check for employee misconduct.
