** The Psychology Department at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay invites applications for an Assistant Teaching Professor of Psychology position. We seek an engaging educator who is passionate about student success and excited to join a teaching-focused department dedicated to excellence, innovation, and access. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate Psychology courses in multiple modalities, including Statistics, Research Methods, Introduction to Psychology, and courses aligned with their area of expertise, while supporting a diverse and growing student population.

Job Responsibilities:
*** Teach 27 credits of undergraduate courses per academic year in multiple modalities (in-person and online) including sections of undergraduate Statistics, Research Methods, and Introduction to Psychology, as well as additional courses in the Psychology program curriculum within the candidate’s area of expertise.
* Attend Psychology faculty meetings, serve on departmental committees, engage in professional development, vote on matters concerning curriculum/programming, and mentoring undergraduate students.
* Implement inclusive instructional strategies to increase support for students from underrepresented and first-generation backgrounds at UW-Green Bay. ##

*** Earned Master’s in Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution or anticipated prior to starting date.
* Demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching online and in-person
* Commitment to undergraduate education
* Communication and interpersonal skills sufficient to work effectively with a diverse array of students and colleagues.##

*** Earned Doctorate in Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution or anticipated prior to starting date
