ISG is a multi-disciplinary, full-service architecture, engineering, planning, and interior design firm. ISG is looking to add a dedicated Electrical Designer to our dynamic team. As a Designer you will be an ISG Employee Owner working collaboratively with fellow employee owners to develop creative solutions. In this role, you will design electrical systems for a variety of projects including commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.

This role involves collaboration with our architects, engineers, and other ISGers to deliver high-quality, efficient, and sustainable electrical designs.

Location: Green Bay, WI

Compensation: $20.00 - $40.00 / hour

• Develop electrical design drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit
• Design power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems
• Perform load calculations, circuiting, and equipment selection
• Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, structural, architectural) to ensure integrated design solutions
• Review and apply relevant codes and standards
• Assist in preparing cost estimates and material take-offs
• Participate in site visits and field investigations to verify existing conditions
• Support construction administration by responding to RFIs and reviewing submittals

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in electrical design within the AEC industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with electrical codes and standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
