Sr Product Engineer

Position Overview

Technical Source is looking for a Sr Product Engineer to join our client's team on an exciting project surrounding circuit board manufacturing that will be used in various space projects. You'll be involved in manufacturing oversight of Class 3 space-grade PCB assemblies used in satellite antenna devices.

We're looking for candidates with at least 5 years of hands‑on experience in circuit board/PCB manufacturing, or other electronic manufacturing. Ideally, the candidate will have the ability to act as a leader across engineering, operations, quality, and customer‑facing teams.

• Support and optimize manufacturing capabilities and processes for Class 3 space‑grade PCB assemblies
• Validate processes, maintain equipment readiness, and resolve issues to ensure quality, delivery, and cost goals are met
• Act as a leader among peers and ensure design and documentation procedures are being followed specifically to the demands of the project
• Communicate build readiness, risks, and technical updates clearly through email, teleconference, and in‑person meetings

• 5+ years of related experience in electronics manufacturing, aerospace electronics, PCB assembly, or high‑reliability production environments.
• Ability to make quick decisions on a manufacturing floor that minimize downtime and maintain a high standard of quality and regulation ordinance
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as SMT, PTH, conformal coating, and underfill.
• Experience working with Class 3 electronics, space‑grade hardware, or high‑reliability PCB builds is highly preferred, but not required
• Strong analytical skills with experience using SPC tools, measurement equipment, and lab/test instrumentation.
