Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail‑oriented Scheduler to join our team. The role involves completing detailed calculations to verify that the system design meets code and standard requirements, participating in pre/post project design meetings, attending customer/site coordination meetings, developing bills of materials to facilitate construction, supporting Project Managers to maintain or improve project margins, and managing the development, maintenance, and monitoring of construction CPM schedules.
Responsibilities- Verify system design meets code and standard requirements through detailed calculations.
- Participate in pre/post project design meetings and attend customer/site coordination meetings.
- Develop bills of materials to facilitate construction.
- Provide support to Project Managers to maintain or improve project margins.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor construction CPM schedules.
- Review project documents and specifications to develop baseline schedules including all required dates, activities, and milestones.
- Perform progress schedule updates, including comprehensive reporting and narratives.
- Manage resources and report accordingly.
- Experience with Primavera P6
- Proficiency in Primavera, Bluebeam, Excel, Navisworks, and CAD
- 5+ years of experience in scheduling
Skills & Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in construction management, mechanical, or drafting
Contract to Hire position based out of Green Bay, WI.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 – $58.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan or program terms.
