Mechanical Process Engineer

Our engineering services client is seeking a Lead Mechanical Process Engineer to design and deliver utility systems for industrial facilities. This role will lead process engineering efforts, support multidisciplinary project teams, and serve as a technical resource throughout project execution. This position is based in Green Bay, WI but remote consideration is available for qualified U.S.

-based candidates who can travel as needed to support client projects, field work, and team collaboration.

• Design and engineer industrial utility systems including steam, refrigeration/ammonia, compressed air, HVAC, compressed gases, and water systems
• Develop equipment specifications, process documentation, and technical reports
• Create mass and energy balances, P&IDs, equipment lists, and connection documentation
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal project teams
• Support project estimating, proposal development, construction, startup, and commissioning activities
• Conduct site surveys and evaluate existing conditions
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent technical experience
• 7+ years of experience with industrial utility systems
• Experience developing P&IDs, process calculations, and equipment specifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) License
• Dust Collection/Dust Control system experience
