Associated Bank’s wealth business is growing and we’re looking for a proven sales leader to take it even further. As Director of Sales for Associated Investment Services (AIS), you’ll lead a talented team of Financial Advisors across multiple markets, expand our market share, and elevate our Private Wealth brand. This is a high-visibility role, working directly with our AIS CEO and bank leadership to execute a bold growth strategy.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and coach a diverse, high-performing team of licensed Financial Advisors to exceed revenue and performance targets.
  • Partner with bank leaders to deepen client relationships and move Mass Affluent clients upstream into Private Wealth.
  • Drive market growth strategies, community engagement, and brand presence in multiple regions.
  • Provide sales management leadership and direction to the line of business working with AIS regional managers, Associated Bank management and field sales force to provide coordinated and integrated campaigns, business generation activities and sales development/training across the organization.
  • Maintain a culture of compliance, ethics, and client-first service.
  • Collaborate with experts across investments, trust, insurance, and legal to deliver holistic client solutions.
What You Bring
  • 10+ years of success in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Investment Sales leadership.
  • 7+ years leading sales teams in high-performance environments.
  • FINRA Series 7, 24, and 65;
    Life & Health license.
  • Proven track record of moving clients into higher segments and increasing dual bank/investment relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to inspire, coach, and drive results.
