*** Role Summary As a Private Banking Relationship Manager, you’ll drive new business growth and deepen relationships with high-net-worth clients and healthcare practices. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, connecting clients to personalized financial solutions across lending, deposits, and wealth management. This is a relationship-driven role where you’ll expand your professional network, make an impact, and help clients achieve their financial goals.
** Key Accountabilities**
* ** Develop
* * new client relationships through proactive outreach, networking, and referral partnerships.
* ** Drive
* * profitable growth in loans, deposits, and assets under management by identifying and meeting client needs.
* ** Partner
* * with private banking account executives and colleagues across business lines to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
* ** Manage
* * portfolio quality through active monitoring of loan renewals, financial performance, and covenant compliance.
* ** Deliver
* * exceptional service and advice that consistently exceeds client expectations.
* ** Collaborate
* * with internal partners to retain existing clients and support total relationship growth.
* ** Engage
* * in community and professional organizations to build visibility and strengthen referral networks.
* ** Provide
* * financial insights and guidance on market trends and banking solutions to support client success.
** Education & Experience
***
* Required:
*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience
* 8+ years of sales experience with strong knowledge of banking products and advanced credit skills
* Proven success in business development and portfolio management
** Preferred:
*** Experience working with high-net-worth or healthcare clients
* Formal credit training or advanced financial planning experience
