Bookkeeper/ Accounting Clerk, Financial Analyst

We’re hiring a detail-oriented, financially sharp bookkeeper to help keep multiple businesses clean, accurate, and up to date.
This is not a basic data-entry role. We need someone who understands real estate investing and lending, can spot issues before they become problems, and can deliver timely, reliable financials we can actually make decisions from.
What You’ll Do- Maintain accurate, up-to-date books across multiple entities, including:
- Hard money lending
- Rental real estate
- Wholesaling
- Fix-and-flip projects
- Reconcile bank accounts, lines of credit, and loan activity
- Track interest income, principal balances, and loan payoffs accurately
- Categorize transactions properly across entities and projects
- Prepare clean monthly financials and help ensure they’re delivered early
- Flag anything that looks off, inconsistent, or concerning
- Coordinate with CPA or tax professionals as needed
- Strong bookkeeping experience (Quick Books or similar required)
- Understanding of real estate investing and lending structures
- Comfortable working across multiple entities and accounts
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive communicator who speaks up when something doesn’t look right
- Trustworthy, organized, and dependable
- Familiarity with rental property accounting and project-based tracking
- Experience working with entrepreneurs or investor-owned businesses
Good decisions require good data. This role helps ensure leadership has clear, accurate financial visibility—without chasing numbers or wondering if something was missed.
