Bilingual Member Relationship Officer I

Full‑time position at the Military Avenue branch, Green Bay.

• Promote and uphold Fox Communities Credit Union’s mission, purpose, vision and values.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships through conversations, anticipating members’ future needs and exceeding expectations.
• Interview loan applicants and provide underwriting information to aid loan decisions.
• Assist members with consumer lending needs, opening and maintaining deposit products, digital services, account maintenance and processing member transactions, including problem resolution.
• Educate members on ancillary loan products, insurance options and secure appropriate solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales and service goals.
• Provide sound guidance for members’ financial needs and refer to partner teams (Financial Well‑Being, Mortgage Lending, Investment Services, Treasury Management).
• Positively represent Fox in the community.

• Minimum of one year of sales and service experience.
• Previous financial industry experience preferred.
• Financial Counselor Certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills—verbal, written and active listening.
• Sales skills in gaining commitment to products and services.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain a professional, courteous, friendly atmosphere for members and team members.
• Flexible availability, including rotating Saturdays.
• Proven attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Ability to speak and translate fluent Spanish and English (required).

Mon‑Fri 8:00 am – 5:30 pm;
Sat 9:00 am – 12:00 pm (every 3rd Saturday).
