KeyAccountabilities
- Participate in structured corporate internship programming, including orientation, workshops, networking events, research project, and professional development activities.
- Support a dedicated line of business with day‑to‑day tasks, project‑based work, and assigned deliverables.
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and collaborate with team members to contribute to goals and deliverables in alignment with line of business standards and timelines.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.
- Complete additional duties as assigned to support line of business needs.
- Gain practical experience in corporate benefits administration by supporting research, analytics, employee communications, and strategic projects that help deliver competitive and effective benefit programs to employees.
Associate's Degree Student with sophomore, junior or senior standing at time of internship start date; must not have graduated prior to internship start date.
