Preceptor Home Health & Hospice is growing!
We are a home health, hospice, and palliative care agency providing services in patient homes in 15 counties throughout Wisconsin. Patient homes include private residences, assisted living facilities, memory care units, and any other place they may call home. Preceptor strives to provide high quality care through our multifaceted programs. We have branch offices located in Germantown, Fond du Lac, Waukesha, Sheboygan, and Appleton.
We are currently in need of a Part-Time Speech Therapist for our Brown, Outagamie, and Winnebago territories.
Job Type: Part-Time, 25-30 hours per week
ResponsibilitiesNote:

- Carry a current Speech Therapy license in the State of Wisconsin
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, facility staff, doctors, and teammates
- Ability to work independently
- Good organization and effective time management skills
- Willingness to travel to meet patient needs
- Compliance with documentation standards and regulations
- Prior home health experience preferred, but does not affect eligibility to apply
