CMA / LPN Endocrinology – St. Mary's Medical Office

Prevea Health seeks a competent CMA / LPN to support patients in our endocrine clinic located at Building #25-611 Green Bay, Wisconsin. The position requires 40 hours per week and offers competitive pay and sign‑on bonuses.

This role is responsible for pre‑visit planning, rooming, assisting with procedures, discharge instructions, and performing administrative and clinical tasks as directed by a medical provider. The position enhances patient comfort and supports providers throughout the visit.

• Room patients, take vital signs, and document patient histories.
• Coordinate provider schedules, enter orders, and prepare patient charts.
• Instruct patients and families within scope of licensure.
• Assist with in‑office procedures and administer medications/immunizations.
• Maintain exam rooms and equipment, ensuring infection control standards.
• Ensure adequate medical supplies for each patient room.

• Graduate of an approved Medical Assistant program or Practical Nursing program.
• Minimum of 160 hours of direct patient care experience as a MA / LPN obtained through professional MA / LPN clinical rotations.
• Current clinical experience as a Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse preferred.

• Knowledge of principles and skills needed for practical nursing or medical assisting.
• Knowledge of medical equipment and instruments for patient care.
• Understanding of safety hazards and precautions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under stressful or emergency situations.
• Strong prioritization and time‑management in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient use of EMR systems, computer, phone, and office equipment.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
