- Ensure all recruiting and hiring activities comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Utilize a range of recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, print, and radio, to attract qualified applicants
- Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting fair and effective applicant screenings and interviews
- Ensure clear communication of job requirements and expectations to facilitate successful candidate sourcing
- Develop and update job descriptions as needed
- Represent the company at community and industry job fairs, as appropriate
- Assist with job requisition processes and background check verifications for potential hires
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or previous experience is preferred
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations related to employee data management is preferred
- Ability to perform data entry tasks using required software to maintain records, spreadsheets, and reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong ability to maintain confidentiality of personal and business information
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external customers and co-workers
