Human Resources Manager

Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our HR initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management, strategic planning, and talent acquisition, with the ability to work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that support organizational objectives.
  • Manage employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
  • Conduct employee evaluations and provide guidance on performance management processes.
  • Utilize Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for efficient data management and reporting.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes.
  • Collaborate with management on operational planning initiatives that enhance workforce effectiveness.
  • Supervise HR staff and provide mentorship to ensure professional growth within the team.
  • Promote employee engagement and retention.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations while fostering a fair workplace environment.
Skills
  • Strong knowledge of employee orientation practices and procedures.
  • Proven experience in human resources management and employee evaluation techniques.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly UKG platform.
  • Demonstrated talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Effective supervisory skills to lead and develop an HR team successfully.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
