** Key Accountabilities
*** Participate in structured corporate internship programming, including orientation, workshops, networking events, research project, and professional development activities.
* Support a dedicated line of business with day-to-day tasks, project-based work, and assigned deliverables.
* Participate in meetings, trainings, and collaborate with team members to contribute to goals and deliverables in alignment with line of business standards and timelines.
* Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.
* Complete additional duties as assigned to support line of business needs.
* Assist the Talent Acquisition team with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and requisition review activities.
* Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other talent attraction activities.
* Take part in emerging talent programs and engagement initiatives, including networking and professional development events.
* Contribute to Talent Acquisition process improvement projects and operational initiatives to enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.  
** Education & Experience
**** Required
* ** Bachelor's Degree Student with sophomore, junior or senior standing at time of internship start date; must not have graduated prior to internship start date.
** Preferred
* ** Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to use AI to research, organize information, and improve processes
* Strong attention to detail and organization
