• Configure, test, deploy, and optimize personalized journeys/campaigns in Adobe Journey Optimizer
• Collaborate with data analytics teams to build and validate audience segments in Adobe Experience Platform
• Partner with marketers and data scientists to improve targeting effectiveness
• Conduct quality assurance across journey/campaign components and monitor performance
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Adobe Journey Optimizer and Experience Platform

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or 3-5 years of experience in a marketing campaign delivery team
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing operations or digital campaign execution
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of customer journey logic and personalization
• Effective communication skills for collaboration across teams

• Adobe certifications in AEP or AJO
• Familiarity with Adobe Real-Time CDP or event tagging
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services
• Exposure to JSON or API-driven personalization
• Understanding of Next Best Action personalization logic frameworks
