* IT Plant Support Analyst
* * Description* The IT Plant Support Analyst provides hands-on technical support for plant operations and corporate office users, ensuring IT systems and services meet performance and availability standards. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role supporting a manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing break/fix support for hardware, phones, printers, and network-connected equipment
* Supporting executive and leadership meetings, including conference room technology and Yealink systems
* Managing support via ticket queues, walk-ups, and vendor coordination
* Performing audits of printers and conference rooms, along with asset and inventory management
* Supporting system imaging and testing for Autopilot and Intune deployments
* Traveling between Green Bay and De Pere locations (reliable transportation required)
* Working comfortably on ladders and scissor lifts in a manufacturing environment
* Schedule:
* * First shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
* 100% onsite with occasional on-call remote support
* Contract Details:
* * 6-month contract with potential for extension (previous contractor remained for 18 months)

* * 2-3 years of IT support experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

* Experience with service management tools and IT documentation best practices

* This is a Contract position based out of Green Bay, WI.
* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
