Technical Support Specialist

TEKsystems is looking to add several Technical Support Specialists for a season IT support position. This position will focus on providing remote technical support to customers using client software, with an emphasis on troubleshooting, software installation, data imports, and overall customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers over the phone, email, live chat, and support tickets.

Assist customers with software installations, account creation, login issues, and product navigation.

Troubleshoot technical and software-related issues remotely.

Help customers import company data and resolve data import errors.

Research system errors and escalate more complex issues when needed.

Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

Manage and update support tickets within Salesforce to ensure issues are followed through to resolution.

Provide clear, patient, and professional customer service throughout each interaction.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills and experience

Education or certifications in Information Technology Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues with end users over the phone.

Previous technical support or service desk experience is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Salesforce experience is helpful but not required.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Green Bay, WI.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
