You’ll support Epic’s growth as it expands globally, negotiate multi‑million dollar license and service agreements, forge vendor relationships, manage compliance, and oversee litigation. Your responsibilities will grow as you expand your knowledge of our dynamic industry.

Qualifications- Strong academic and professional background
- Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills
- Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges
- Motivated to learn about a wide range of topics, including intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management
- Relocation to Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed
