Overview

This position is responsible for managing the cost, schedule, and quality of assigned projects and ensuring they align with the company’s policies and procedures.
Base payBase pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $/yr
Additional compensationAnnual Bonus
Work environmentPrimarily an office environment with periodic visits to project sites.
Position qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience meeting the responsibilities listed.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with leadership, clients, and community members.
- Well-organized, proactive problem-solver.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Primavera P6, Procore, and Bluebeam.
- Cultivates strong relationships with clients, design partners, and project stakeholders by addressing business drivers, visiting project sites, and facilitating conversations with the project team.
- Supports construction management processes including reviewing client contracts, participating in preconstruction and bidding, overseeing submittals and RFI processes, coordinating purchases, resolving issues with subcontractors, analyzing self-perform activities with respective groups, and leading timely project closeouts.
- Continuously monitors and manages job cost and labor productivity.
- Participates in recurring meetings with project executives to discuss project financials.
- Monitors project cashflow and billings, and assists with pricing and negotiating PCIs.
- Participates in risk management by identifying and addressing potential issues; performs risk analysis and observation reporting.
- Creates and maintains project schedules, ensuring alignment of activities and team members.
- Monitors project progress and communicates updates to the project team; conducts weekly schedule updates.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
